Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project HSE Manager with expertise in offshore pipeline projects to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HSE policies and procedures are effectively implemented to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures for offshore pipeline projects.
• Ensure compliance with international safety standards, local regulations, and company HSE policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs for project personnel.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies on HSE matters.
• Monitor offshore operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• 8+ years of experience in HSE management for offshore pipeline projects.
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
