Part A: Job Specification  

Job Purpose  Provide electrical engineering expertise consistent with Engineer levelcompetency to ensure contribution to department objectives in meeting company strategy.  

Reporting and Relationships  Reports to Lead Electrical Support. Direct reports: None.Internal Frequent contact with other Centre of Expertise (CoE) disciplines,Maintenance, Projects, Operation, Supply and Engineering departments.External Frequent contact with Vendors, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) andThird-Party Contractors, Training Providers, Suppliers and Contractors.  

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)  Operates in technical environment with interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Required to contribute to other multi-disciplinary tasks whilst providing expertise in area of expertise.

Key Job Accountabilities 1. Provide electrical engineering support to operations and asset maintenance in day-to-day troubleshooting including Level-2 complexity Issues and PM/CM activities as per maintenance strategies.2. Initiate Management of Change’s (MOC)and support engineering in feasibility study and Implementation of MOC recommendations to the asset electrical team.3. Provide inputs to Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) team for improving system maintenance strategies and participate and contribute to Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA’s), risk screening, Formal Risk Assessment (FRA’s).4. Provide input to the budget, IT demand plan, technical training plan meeting department objectives.5. Support review and development of maintenance procedures as per Company standard.6. Support and supervise activities undertaken by contactors, consultants and service providers ensuring procedures are followed.7. Ensure execution of maintenance quality verification program in accordance with Company guidelines.8. Provide in house technical trainings to asset maintenance team as a part of technical competency program.9. Manage contracts to support electrical maintenance and repairs as per maintenance plan. Part B: Person Specification – Minimum RequirementsQualifications  4 years of electrical experience in oil and gas or petrochemical.  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science majoring in Engineering in the area of specialization.Knowledge and/or Experience Technical and Business Skills Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
