🔸Ability to deliver a HSE culture committed to safely delivering the Project targets and a safety leadership
🔸Experience on oil and gas projects in the construction of civil infrastructure from both owner and contractor perspective.
🔸Degree is requested
🔸Minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience for civil infrastructure utility works
🔸Minimum of 10 years directly supervising contractors and/or work crews in civil road construction, utility infrastructure and building works on major capital projects
🔸Ability to liaise professionally with Engineering and EPC Contractors and other key stakeholders on site
🔸Ability to interpret and manage project schedules and report against field progress
🔸Ability to manage and influence a team and develop an effective culture through respect
🔸Knowledge of appropriate codes, standards and good construction and engineering practices specifically within the civil, structural, construction disciplines.
