🔸8+ years of experience in change management within complex IT or ERP implementations, ideally in SAP environments.

🔸5+ years of experience leading change management in SAP S/4HANA projects.

🔸Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent.

🔸Proficiency in conducting workshops, change impact assessments, fit-gap analysis, job role design, and training development.

🔸Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2, PMP or equivalent.

🔸Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

🔸Proficient with MS office and other change management tools

🔸SAP Global Implementation experience will be an advantage
