Responsibilities:
•           Collect and compile equipment data from various sources, including manuals, specifications, maintenance records, vendor documentation, equipment crews, and onsite discovery.
•           Input and maintain accurate equipment information in our SAP database system.
•           Standardize and normalize equipment data to ensure consistency and usability.
•           Enrich existing equipment data by researching and adding supplementary information, such as technical specifications, performance history, and maintenance requirements.
•           Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to gather and validate equipment data.
•           Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
•           Develop and implement data quality control procedures.
•           Create and maintain documentation for data collection and management processes.
•           Contribute to the development and improvement of our equipment information management system.
