Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Well Runner to join our production team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in oil and gas production. The Well Runner will assist with maintaining and repairing production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations. While no prior oilfield experience is required, candidates with mechanical aptitude will have an advantage. Training will be provided by the manager and team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
-Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
-Work alongside production staff to meet quality and production goals.
-Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
-Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
-Perform general field duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Must be dependable, motivated, and punctual.
-High school diploma or GED (required).
-Mechanically inclined candidates strongly preferred.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Must live within 40 minutes of Levelland, TX (No man camp provided).
-Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks as needed.
