🔸Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant discipline

🔸At least 5-8 years of previous experience in HR, experience in Oil and Gas Industry

🔸Proficiency in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud is an added advantage)

🔸Collaborate with HR and DBS teams and contribute to HR system or enhancement projects

🔸Provide training and first level support to users in HR or other entities on HR system functionalities and HR processes

🔸Manage the Evaluation Committee agenda and prepare the information required for job evaluation

🔸Create and modify reports in SAP SuccessFactors stories and SAP SAC
