Position Title: Senior QA/QC Technician

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Technician to oversee and coordinate all quality assurance and control activities related to Drilling and Workover operations. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with suppliers' procedures, inspection programs, and international industry standards, driving quality excellence across all well operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all equipment is inspected, assembled, and tested per supplier procedures and industry standards.
• Monitor and verify contractor and sub-contractor compliance with applicable specifications and QA/QC requirements.
• Compile and maintain detailed written reports of all vendor and sub-contractor activities.
• Proactively reduce defects and non-conformances through the review and application of lessons learned.
• Evaluate audit findings and enforce effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist with engineering and design input, as required.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of risk-based integrity management systems.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, or minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in NDT inspection, auditing, and QA/QC testing.
• Strong background in Drilling, Completion, and Workover operations.
• Deep understanding of API standards, surface wellhead systems, and relevant equipment.
• Proven ability to compile and present detailed technical reports.
• Demonstrated informed judgment and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and QA/QC database tools.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Maintains high standards of professional conduct, business ethics, and confidentiality.
