CCL Global is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading energy company in Libya. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting both office and field operations, offering the chance to work with advanced technologies and dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software, OS, and hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and phones.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and end-user environments.
  • Provide hands-on support for Windows PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile platforms.
  • Support and manage Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft cloud-based services.
  • Develop workarounds and solutions to improve user experience and system reliability.
  • Assist with hardware and software evaluation, procurement, and standardization.
  • Maintain software inventory and ensure licensing compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment delivery, setup, and deployment.
  • Ensure integration of desktop environments with core IT systems (servers, email, conferencing, validation).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and setup procedures.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise/corporate IT support.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and endpoint configurations.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure: Cisco networking, Meraki/Ubiquiti wireless, Dell hardware.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere or similar virtualized environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer-facing IT support.
  • Skilled at managing multiple technical support tasks independently.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  • Able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Certifications

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
