IT Support Analyst
CCL Global is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading energy company in Libya. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting both office and field operations, offering the chance to work with advanced technologies and dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software, OS, and hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and phones.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and end-user environments.
- Provide hands-on support for Windows PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile platforms.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft cloud-based services.
- Develop workarounds and solutions to improve user experience and system reliability.
- Assist with hardware and software evaluation, procurement, and standardization.
- Maintain software inventory and ensure licensing compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment delivery, setup, and deployment.
- Ensure integration of desktop environments with core IT systems (servers, email, conferencing, validation).
- Create and maintain technical documentation and setup procedures.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise/corporate IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and endpoint configurations.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure: Cisco networking, Meraki/Ubiquiti wireless, Dell hardware.
- Experience with VMware vSphere or similar virtualized environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer-facing IT support.
- Skilled at managing multiple technical support tasks independently.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Requirements
