Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations

Nice to Have Skills:

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Experience in organizational development or change management
• Proficiency in HRIS systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 7 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years as an HRBP
• Manage full spectrum of HR for the country on her own
• Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Meticulous, attention to details
• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Indonesian passport holder only

Other Requirements:

• Occasional travel may be required for business meetings or training sessions
