🔸Degree : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction field and completed with an field/construction safety specialty,
🔸Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry with onshore Greenfield and brownfield project
🔸Thorough understanding of onshore O&G plant construction methods (technical aspects and related safety risks),
🔸Previous operational experience with similar stringency of Envionmental & Social requirements and complexity
Significant experiences in risk assessment techniques (Hazop, Hazan, Fault Tree, What if, etc...),
🔸Good knowledge in safety & environmental matters
🔸Ability to determine the potential worst case scenarios in order to assess the realistic level of risk. Identify appropriate controls and risk reducing measures
