🔸Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
🔸Graduate in engineering with a good level of technical understanding of all relevant technical disciplines, with at least 15 years’ experience of onshore/offshore oil & gas project.
🔸At least 5 years’ experience of Engineering Team Management, coordinator or lead for offshore oil & gas project.
🔸Good knowledge of engineering smart and digital tools including AVEVA Unified Engineering, AVEVA AIM, Equipment Tag Management tools and Reporting and Progress Management software/tools.
🔸Good knowledge of data management and asset data library development, control and maintenance.
🔸Good knowledge of industry codes, standards and legislations on SHE aspect.
🔸Familiar with Oil & Gas companies general specifications and project organizations.
🔸Familiar with project procedures, Management System standards and guidelines.
🔸Computer literate.
🔸Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.
🔸Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
