𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 & 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗

🔸Bachelor of Science degree Specialization in engineering, data science, computer science, or information systems management is a plus.

🔸Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) and ITIL certifications.

🔸Project Management or Business Analysis certifications, or equivalent experience is a plus.

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

🔸Minimum of 6 years relevant experience on Digital Product development with agile teams.

🔸Proven track record of delivering successful digital products in the industry.

🔸Experience in digital delivery and transformation in industrial setting, 🔸preferably within the O&G.

𝗝𝗼𝗯-𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰 / 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹):

🔸Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).

🔸Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps Practices.

🔸Design Thinking or UX/UI experiences and skills are a plus.
