The SOW of the Drilling Supervisor may include but not limited to the following:
1. Supervise and coordinate all activities pertaining to the well drilling program creation. Particularly, on the review of the Drilling/Well Testing Work Scopes during the contracting, pre-drilling period.
2. While preparing for the actual drilling rig marine operations, assist with authoring the Work Instruction programs for each hole section to be drilled and evaluated. Onsite, oversee all aspects of the drilling rig marine operations, rig moves, marine inspection, loading logistics, Completion/Well Intervention (equipment preparation, equipment installation, Safety Risk Assessments, Simultaneous Operation Coordination, Rig Deck Management, Equipment loading logistics, Site Receival tests, etc.).
3. Interface with logistics and the service providers for equipment and personnel coordination and scheduling.
4. Evaluate contractor and service company and their personnel performance.
5. Manage all personnel associated with the project, while offshore.
6. Attend all MODU marine systems related commissioning activities, examine rig acceptance test plan and prepare proposed changes to (CATP) in order to ensure the MODU is fit for purpose.
7. Manager interface between the service companies and rig contractor for a smooth operation.
8. Manage system flexibitiy and change control.
9. Manage costs within approved AFE’s and budget.
