🔸We are looking for Responsable Travaux Neufs, with an experience of 15-20 years and preferably in Onshore facilities, and brownfield experience (SIMOPS, interfaces with Field Operations teams).
🔸Experience with engineering leadership, leading multi-discipline activities, and well versed in design safety aspects of engineering.
🔸Experience working with mature Onshore Affiliate.
🔸Experience in small scale project management role from engineering, construction, and commissioning.
🔸Excellent organization and communication skills Familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
🔸Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and communicate effectively.
🔸Proficiency in Microsoft Office
🔸Education: engineering degree or similar
🔸A very good knowledge of TotalEnergies referential with the ability to know when it is feasible to derogate or not.
🔸Former Works on difficult countries and multi-cultural management skills will be well appreciated.
🔸Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
🔸The position will be based on rotation basis in Basra (Iraq), rotation 4x4.
