Job description:
- Organisation and coordination of general construction works at all stages of construction, including quality control of works performed and compliance with design requirements
- Control over compliance with construction schedules, timely identification and elimination of deviations from the plans
- Interaction with contractors and subcontractors involved in general construction works, coordination of their activities
- Verification of design documentation for compliance with construction norms and requirements, as well as participation in the development of corrective measures to ensure safety and compliance with construction norms and standards
- Solving emerging technical issues related to general construction works, as well as interaction with designers to make necessary changes to the design documentation
- Provision of reports, if necessary, to the Company's management
- Solving emerging technical issues related to general construction works, as well as liaising with designers to make necessary changes to the project documentation
- Reporting on the work performed, if necessary
- Compliance with the Biotechnological Regulations and other internal regulations of the Company
- Fulfilment of other assignments of the superior management
- Basic legislative acts and internal company documents regulating construction works
- Knowledge of construction standards and regulations (SNiP), GOST, as well as local standards and requirements in the field of general construction works
- Understanding of methods for organizing and executing construction projects, including planning, design, installation, and completion of works
- Skills in working with project documentation, knowledge of requirements for design, construction, and commissioning
- Experience in working with contracting and subcontracting organizations, as well as inspection and supervisory authorities
- Knowledge of safety and labor protection regulations at construction sites, including BiOT requirements
- Knowledge of the basics of project management in industrial construction, including international approaches
- Knowledge of the basic principles of organizing investment activities in industrial construction
- Knowledge of the organization, planning, and economics of design, supply, and construction
- Proven knowledge and skills in managing construction projects, including experience in industrial construction sites
- Skills in organizing and coordinating construction works, including controlling timelines and quality at all stages of construction
- Proficiency in state, Russian, and English languages
- Strategic thinking and vision
- Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge
