Job Description:
- Organization and coordination of electrical supply works at all stages of construction, including installation and commissioning of electrical networks and equipment
- Control over the adherence to construction schedules for electrical supply works, timely identification and correction of deviations
- Interaction with EPC contractors and subcontractors, coordination of their activities in general construction works
- Verification of compliance of project documentation with construction requirements, construction standards, and regulations
- Control over the delivery of construction materials and their compliance with specifications and project conditions
- Quality control of installation, acceptance, and testing of construction structures
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and requirements at all stages of construction works
- Participation in the acceptance of facilities for operation, checking their compliance with project requirements and standards
- Interaction with inspection and supervisory authorities on construction safety issues
- Resolution of technical issues related to general construction works, proposing adjustments to project solutions
- Provision of reports on performed work if necessary
- Compliance with BiOT standards and other internal company regulations
- Execution of other assignments from senior management
- Higher (postgraduate) technical/engineering degree
- Management certificates (preferred)
- Work experience at least 3 years
- Key legislative acts and internal company documents
- In-depth understanding of construction project execution methods, including design, construction, commissioning, and project completion
- Knowledge of construction regulations (SNiP, GOST, SP, etc.), as well as safety requirements in construction
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of organizing the construction process and managing contractors
- Experience in interacting with contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Knowledge of project management and project engineering principles in the oil and gas industry both in Kazakhstan and abroad
- Knowledge in organizing the supply processes for equipment and materials, as well as construction organization
- Knowledge of the basic principles of organizing investment activities in industrial construction
- Knowledge of the organization, planning, and economics of design, supply, and construction
- Proven knowledge and skills in project management, construction, and modernization of oil and gas industry facilities
- Proficiency in state, Russian, and English languages
- Innovation and proficiency in using software tools such as MS Office, MS Project, Document Control System, and Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Strategic thinking and vision
- Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge

- Communication skills and ability to manage relationships within a team
