About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee all civil construction activities at our urea plant. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee and manage all civil construction activities, including foundations, structures, and infrastructure development.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and work progresses according to plan.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and complies with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting any issues or delays and proposing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil construction supervision, preferably in the urea or chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
