Global Letter of Credit Hub within Export and Trade Finance organization

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will work as a part of our Global Letter of Credit Hub, a team of experienced Trade Finance professionals, and you will have the opportunity to provide advice and support to internal customers (functions or businesses) in various countries regarding Documentary Credits and Documentary Collection arrangements. Each day, you will administrate and manage documentary credits and documentary collections for countries allocated to you. You will coordinate the relevant tasks between businesses and financial institutions, and shall ensure that the documentary credit and documentary collection arrangements are done in accordance with applicable policies and other requirements. The work model for the role is: #hybrid #hybrid_Li This role is contributing to the Global Letter of Credit Hub within Export and Trade Finance organization. You will be mainly accountable for: • Advising and supporting businesses in documentary credits, documentary collections and other payment securities • Reviewing, drafting and revising documentary credits • Providing advice in formulation of the tender and contract documents with respect to documentary credits as well as contractual payment milestones, Incoterms, and shipping/insurance/billing/customs documents to ensure that the same are aligned with the principles and requirements related to documentary credits and other payment securities • Planning and coordinating documentary credit concepts, routings and related confirmations, coordinating financing arrangements under documentary credits when applicable • Managing and administrating documentary credits, related processes and treasury steps in trade finance application(s) with end-to-end responsibility for the processes • Maintaining and promoting active and positive relationship and cooperation with different stakeholders with respect to documentary credits, documentary collections and other payment security arrangements • Preparing reports and financial analyses as requested by management, reviewing key performance indicators to suggest action plans and to improve processes and results • Ensuring timely and accurate execution and administration of the relevant processes, monitoring actively the relevant activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and standards • Developing, preparing and providing internal templates, guides and trainings regarding documentary credits and documentary collections You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

• You have at least 8 years of experience in finance thereof 5 years in treasury function of a company or from a bank, including experience from documentary credits
• Good knowledge of documentary credits and documentary collections, related solutions, regulations and practices, instrument formats and application of such instruments in sales and purchase contracts
• You are recognized as a strong team player and appreciated for collaboration and business partnering skills, with excellent business acumen
• You demonstrate advanced aptitude in problem solving, including the ability to see the big picture and logically structure an appropriate analytical framework
• You present strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills and you are able to effectively adhere to strict deadlines
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or similar areas
• You are at ease communicating in English (any other language is an asset)
• You hold current VISA/work permit valid in Poland
