Service Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Services Business located in Notting Hill, Victoria. You will be mainly accountable for: • Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with relevant business stakeholders and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified. • Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification databases. • Collaborating and supporting the Field Service Manager with resources allocation, training, procurement and inductions to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.

Qualifications for the role
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration
- Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Supply Chain order processing in particular with contractors / suppliers
- Experienced in SAP, Salesforce and MS Office
- Basic finance knowledge and commercial aspects of business
- Keen knowledge of financial reporting with ability to track project costs vs plans
- Strong attention to detail, highly flexible and demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Passion for safety, health and environment and for quality of work
