Job Summary:

We are looking for a strong leader, who owns and drives growth initiatives to increase our market participation in targeted industries and customers. The Business Director will take full responsibility on China business, and collaborate with all functional teams to deliver Business Growth and Value Creation. This role will directly report to VP/GM Branson China.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and implement business strategies to grow China business, in accordance with company strategies and goals.
• Working closely with China management team to develop business plan and own the organization to deliver business growth as committed in budget/POR.
• Establish targets for China such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and supervise the performance of the organization against these goals; adjust business strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
• Optimize organization and redeploy our resources to respond the market dynamic.
• Lead and optimize the business process
• Lead sales channels and optimize the process
• Investigate the industrial segments for the potential business opportunities.
• Lead all aspects of the overall department budget; supervise the cost and effectiveness of department activities to optimize resources and priorities spending.
• Work with marketing department to develop pricing and discount strategies to improve the revenue and profit margin and be able to identify new market potentials for growth.
• Work with product managers to quickly introduce new products to market and promotion
• Work with application teams to development more new applications to expend the serviced market.
• Pursue major prospects and leads and negotiate terms of sales with major clients that will improve the organization's business interests.
• Establishing and further developing a strong and diverse business organization by demonstrating positive and inclusive leadership behavior.
• Collaborate with other Asia countries or other regions to enhance Account Management and leverage global sales, application and service resources.
• Other assignment by the company.

For This Role, Your Will Need:

• University degree or equivalent experience in an engineering field such as Mechanical, Material Engineering or Automation.
• Shown experience with at least 8 years of dynamic business management experience in MNC.
• Mature personality and interpersonal savvy, tight-knit collaboration sty-partnership work, and good communication skills within matrix organization.
• Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge & understanding of China market conditions & business opportunities.
• Frequent travel to customer sites in China and occasionally international locations.

Preferred Qualifications that Set you Apart:

• Proficient in English and Chinese is a must
