Departament and Project description:

Within the Digital Customer Experience department , we're dedicated to enhancing the customer journey and their interactions with us. That's why we're transitioning from a fragmented digital experience to an end-to-end digital journey that simplifies customer engagement.

MySchneider is our personalized logged-in website designed to deliver exceptional digital customer journeys tailored to distributors, partners, and end users. Through MySchneider, users gain access to targeted content, tools, and business services, such as product experiences, order management, customer support, channel enablement capabilities, and more-all within a unified, seamless experience featuring core capabilities like registration, search, notifications, and latest news.

What will you learn?
  • Contribute to release management and support across different delivery phases
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and communicating insights to top management.
  • Support program management activities including budget tracking, resource management, demand and release processes.
  • Create communication assets such as videos, infographics, presentations, e-learnings to bolster awareness of the MySchneider program.

Are you who we are looking for?
  • Student in Business, Marketing or similar.
  • Able to do the internship between 4 and 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
  • Able to sign an internship agreement with your school for at least 6 months.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally as you will be part of a global team
  • Innovative, autonomous, curious and a strong team spirit
  • Strong organizational skills required (Complex Program)
  • Motivated and passionate about Digital world
  • Advanced Office365 User: Power Point & Excel are a must
  • Video editing knowledge is a plus
  • Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a "virtual" mode
