JOB DESCRIPTION
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including competency training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishing of goals and performance objectives for assigned department.
- Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
- Manage budget and expenditures. (P/L) and update Finance monthly on Forecast revenue numbers including POC (Percentage of completion of each work order).
- Complete field services transactions.
- Complete requisitions for needed supplies and equipment.
- Ensure field service customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all NOS & NOV Company/Group and HSE procedures and policies.
- Provide manpower support to other divisions within NOV.
- Participate in customer discussions including off-site meetings.
