Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.

Your contribution to TenneT
As a Transport & Installation Specialist, you'll ensure that our offshore converter platforms (2GW) reach their destination in the Dutch North Sea and are installed successfully. Working on impactful yet structured projects, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the T&I engineering process
- Managing certification approval processes
- Handling T&I framework contracts
- Coordinating Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) and jack-up barge operations
- Supervising load-out, transport, and installation processes from a client's perspective
- Planning and monitoring scour protection installations
Your profile and background
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Willingness to travel globally as required
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Fluency in English for communication in international project teams, Dutch is much appreciated
- Knowledge of offshore platforms and foundation structures (preferred)
- Proven professional experience in load-out, transport, and installation campaigns
- A completed degree in shipbuilding, marine engineering, or nautical technology
