Your role and responsibilities
The ABB Salesforce Practice - Head of Service Delivery, is the tactical and strategic interface ensuring the execution of ABB Salesforce Practice delivery to all ABB Business Areas and Divisions covering build and run services. Owns stakeholder relationships for relevant services, including performance manage-ment, demand gathering, service escalations and improvements. Ensures overall business satisfaction with existing IT Domain services. Has a visible and expert leadership for the service line in the further development and effective implementation of services planning and continuous improvement strategies, optimizing the development of commercial effectiveness of the service. Your main responsibilities will include • Liaises for Salesforce platform domain demand related topics between Business Area, Division, Countries (Lead Business) and IS / IT Domains, to provides best practices to drive growth and execution in a fast-paced Business environment covering strategic and tactical needs. • Govern the "Demand requests framework' for effort, time and cost estimation (projects, new so-lutions, deployments and hand over to operations) • Key actor in leading and supervising a global department of Salesforce IS Service Delivery Man-agers/ IS Service Owners and represents services towards the Business Area and Divisions. • Works closely with all relevant business stakeholders ensuring satisfaction, understanding their strategic and tactical needs, influencing stakeholder perceptions of the relevant IS services; all within the scope of responsibility, managing business and customer expectations. • Key actor for Salesforce Release Management accountable for leading the release activities across different functions or across different platform sub-applications. • Builds & manage ABB Salesforce Practice governance structure & organization, including innova-tion and continual improvement activities for the service in scope. • Ensure Salesforce platform Information Security, ITGC & Cyber security protecting the platform as per ABB Group IS standards. • Prepares, present & manage the ABB Salesforce Practice budget, execute & controls costs. • Ensures (with HR Manager support) ABB Salesforce Practice properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates.

Qualifications for the role
- Master's degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar with 10+ years' experience as a manager of global IT applications / services with previous experience of Leading and managing large diverse IS teams, onshore ad well as offshore.
- 12+ years' experience in IT Application services or similar including Salesforce. At least 5 years of experience working in a non-native country / culture, demonstrating cultural awareness, ability to work in a complex, multicultural global team and geographical environment.
- Strong team Leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
- Experience of IS business performance with strong customer engagement skills, requirements man-agement, understanding business processes and IS technologies.
- Proven experience of stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, team management & issue reso-lution between his teams and customers.
- Experience in engaging Global IT partners, collaborating with them provide successful IS delivery. Experience of Salesforce & their Global Partner Ecosystem is added advantage.
- Strong experience in Global program management & IS project execution covering economic aspects of system management and life cycle.
- Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
