This position reports to
P&L Business Partner
Your role and responsibilities
You will mainly be accountable for : • Identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team. • Qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering Specialists. • Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions. • Adapt corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. • Recommending frame agreements to management and executes upon approval. • Analyzes and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value. • Supporting bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information. • Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing. • Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues. • Initiating Purchase Orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors, and tracks supplier performance to PO requirements. • Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements (based on ERP or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price. • Ensuring the SAP Ariba platform is updated as defined in the procedure.
