About the position
We are looking to hire our new Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find the best talents to support the development of our trading activities.
The Talent Acquisition team is part of the HR department, which is a mutualized function for trading activities (T&S and TGP).
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a key role in building the Talent Acquisition strategies, creating talent pipelines and developing T&S and TGP brands within both the local and social networking communities. You will be responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring service levels with all internal and external stakeholders are maintained. You will evolve in a fast-paced and international environment and you will have the chance to work with people who are passionate about what they do and who are never short in ideas.

Activities
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our HR/Talent Acquisition Team in Geneva!
What you will do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a diverse set of roles and a variety of contracts types (internships, permanent and temp contracts)
- Plan and conduct recruitment and interview processes end to end from job postings, screening calls, interviews, feedback, rejection to the offers
- Creatively source passive candidates to find exceptional talents.
- Build and maintain talent pools that reflect the diversity of the organization's hiring needs
- Support a unique candidate experience at every stage of the process and be an ambassador of T&S and TGP.
- Develop and maintain the TotalEnergies T&S TGP brands within the recruitment arena through use of social networking, career fairs and other virtual forums. Develop Universities /Schools relationships.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and help to craft compelling job descriptions for candidates.
- Identify gaps and areas of improvement in the process and raise any issues to the rest of the hiring function and hiring managers. Scout for the newest trends in attracting the best talents
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Candidate Profile
- Master degree or equivalent in HR or Business related discipline
- You have at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced working environment. You have gained both agencies and in-house experience.
- Previous experience managing Diversity & Inclusions initiatives, graduate programs or internship programs is highly desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of direct sourcing strategy with the ability to implement creative recruitment solutions
- Knowledge of Swiss employment legislation and best practices
- Can do and positive attitude with strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Excellent relationship building and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency and flexibility
- Sound verbal and written communication, active listening and collaboration skills in both French and English (fluent in both languages)
