Perform routine and complex internal investigations ofmisconduct. You will perform interviews, both remote and in person, reviewdocuments, communications, digital evidence, and other sources ofinformation. You will be required toprepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a resultof your investigation. You will be required to clearly communicate results ofinvestigations and ensure the identification of root causes of process and controlfailures.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end investigations
Conduct interviews
Gather relevant information
Prepare investigative documentation and reports
Manage and protect confidential information
Work collaboratively with HR, Legal and business stakeholders
Provide briefings regarding investigations
Identify control and process gaps, along with root cause analysis in preparation for the crafting of corrective actionsYOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of a degree, working experience in Corporate Investigations or Law Enforcement
English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency, both spoken and written.
