Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in senior living facilities, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for residents.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues in both commercial and residential settings.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management to assess HVAC needs and implement solutions to improve energy efficiency and system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and repairs performed.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Educate staff and residents on proper use and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience, with a focus on both commercial and residential systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA, NATE, HVACR) and ongoing training in HVAC technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in senior living or healthcare environments, and commercial environments.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainable HVAC practices.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000 per year
