This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined channel sales strategy in specified market scope in an effective manner to improve ABB's market penetration and achieve its growth aspirations in the assigned channel. Each day, you will execute channel sales strategies and initiatives within the assigned market, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned channel, in a profitable way with a focus on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the sales customer base growth for the assigned channel. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the drive product in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are channel partner and channel sales. You will be mainly accountable for: • Implementing the agreed channel sales strategy within the approved budget. • Creating offers and proposals for channel partners in line with broader sales offers and strategies. • Creates detailed business plans, implement with regular follow-up • Reporting the progress on channel strategies, plans, and budgets. • Conducting analyses on channel activity and taking ownership for solving any identified problems if they were to arise. • Conducting defined global/local channel support tools • Implements the planned communication, promotion and training activities in the channel/segment. • Collaborates with Marketing and Sales and executes those activities that require channel/segment partner participation. • Leads Management and Customer Communication • Quotation Preparation & Order Management • Documentation and Contract Handling • TPM(Third Party Management) Risk Review, Post-Sales Support, Client Retention • CRM and Internal Coordination • Channel management support, Supports in evaluation/certification and training of channel partners.

Qualifications for the role
- You have minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel management/ channel business related preferably in electrical, industrial, automation industry
- You are passionate about maintaining good communication with partner and distributor
- Degree in Engineering will be preferable
- You are at ease communication and negotiation skill
- TOEIC score: 700 or above
