You will support all internal process for HTS Mexico, will manage the backlog and ensure the process will flow to increase customer satisfaction. You will lead execution of all assigned programs while maintaining exceptional and consistent performance within budget and requirements. You will provide direct, effective communication to business leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Management Operating System (MOS)
  • Work with Cross Functional teams
  • Partner with internal customers
  • Achieve contract scope
  • Manage HTS
  • Mexico backlog and inventory
  • Participate in Honeywell's operating processes

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced level of English

  • Significant experience working with IPDS execution, cross-functional (matrixed) teams engagement, and integrated sy

  • Ability to execute to plans while effectively managing risks and opportunities
  • Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals and tasks scope
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification desired
