As an Assembly Mechanic Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein the assembly and production of our cutting-edge products. You will beaccountable for performing mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring the quality andreliability of the final product. Your attention to detail and technicalexpertise will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of ourPhoenix, Arizona location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of ourmanufacturing operations by ensuring the accurate and timely assembly of ourproducts. Your ability to follow assembly instructions and work collaborativelywith the team will contribute to the delivery of high-quality products to ourcustomers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform mechanical assembly tasksaccording to specifications and instructions
• Inspect and test assembled productsto ensure quality and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
• Work with cross-functional teams toimprove assembly processes and efficiency
• Follow safety guidelines and maintaina clean and organized work area

USPERSONS REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. exportcontrol laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is definedas, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status inthe U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain anexport authorization.

YOUMUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in mechanicalassembly or a related field
• Basic knowledge of mechanicalassembly techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpretassembly instructions and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and manualdexterity

WE VALUE

• HighSchool Diploma or GED
• Technical certification or vocationaltraining in mechanical assembly
• Experience working in a manufacturingenvironment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturingethics
• Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment
• Strong problem-solving skills
