Honeywell is looking for an intern who will be trained in 12 months as Junior Corporate Social Responsibility Intern for our Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA) division in Lognes.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.

As an intern or work-study in CSR/ESG reporting and mission manager you will participate in the deployment of the mission-driven company within Honeywell, contribute to the implementation of the CSRD and to cross-functional projects on environmental and social themes.
Your responsibilities:
- Create an ESG committee internally and with Customers
- Create and promote CSR/ESG program and governance
- Ideate and execute key CSR/ESG projects with aim to reach decarbonization goals
- Consolidate mission monitoring indicators, collect data from pilots for presentation to the Mission Committee
- Participate in the organization and running of mission committees in collaboration with the members concerned
- Structure the sustainability report
Must have:
- You are in the process of validating Master 2 level training in the field of Sustainable Development or have a specialization in Sustainable Development, CSR, or Environment (engineering/business school/university). Previous experience in CSR would be an added advantage.
- You are fluent in English and French
- You have a strong interest in issues of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, as well as in responsible digital practices and issues.
- You have excellent writing, analysis, and project management skills.
- You demonstrate good organizational skills and rigor, and you have the ability to mobilize various stakeholders within an organization.
