• Proven experience in real estate lead generation or a similar role in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. • Familiarity with the Indianapolis real estate market or similar real estate experience is a plus. • Proficiency in CRM software (Follow Up Boss preferred) and lead generation tools. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a focus on active listening and building relationships. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and meet targets. • Available to work during business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
- Identify and source FSBO and expired listing leads within the Indianapolis area.
- Conduct initial outreach (calls, emails, messages) to build rapport and assess client interest in our services.
- Qualify leads through a consultative approach, providing tailored information to address client concerns and encourage engagement.
- Maintain an organized database of FSBO and expired listings, ensuring accurate details and progress tracking.
- Follow the established process for FSBO and expired listings to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
- Provide ongoing follow-up to nurture leads, focusing on building trust and delivering value.
- Share relevant resources (e.g., seller guides, market updates) to support homeowners in their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the team to align outreach efforts with business goals and report on key metrics (lead quality, conversion rates).
- Manage CRM data entry, ensuring accurate and updated client records.
- Assist the team with lead generation campaigns, email automation, and digital tools.
- Help schedule client appointments, maintain contact lists, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Log all follow-up attempts, conversations, and appointments in Follow Up Boss.
- Tag clients with appropriate labels/stages in Follow Up Boss for easy tracking.
- Complete daily Check-In form and attend weekly meetings to review progress, ask questions, and seek assistance.
- Provide other administrative support needed
