We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Demand Generation Marketing to join our team. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our marketing spend across various portfolios and ensuring we meet our top-of-funnel metrics to achieve our business objectives. VP will directly contribute to revenue growth by driving high-quality leads through optimized demand generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional leader with a proven track record in demand generation. The role will be based in our Buckhead, GA office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Marketing Spend Optimization:
• Collaborate with vertical leaders to assess and refine marketing budgets and strategies for maximum ROI.
• Identify opportunities for cost-effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Top-of-Funnel Metrics:
• Support teams in developing and executing strategies to achieve key top-of-funnel metrics, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance lead generation efforts.
• Ensuring alignment of demand generation metrics with sales objectives and pipeline targets.
Funnel Metrics Development:
• Create and maintain a comprehensive set of funnel metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing spend.
• Analyze and report on funnel performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Website Management:
• Oversee the corporate website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure website content is optimized for lead generation.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Act as a key liaison among different departments to foster collaboration and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Engage with product, sales, and customer success teams to align demand generation efforts with overall company objectives.
Skills and Competencies:
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct reports, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficient in developing and analyzing funnel metrics, with a strong understanding of how to translate data into actionable insights.
• Digital Savvy: Experience managing corporate websites and digital marketing initiatives.
Experience and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, with a proven track record of success in optimizing marketing strategies and spending.
