Key Responsibilities
Daily Audits of Active Jobs:
- Conduct photo audits to ensure project requirements and quality standards.
- Verify serial numbers of calibrated equipment during commissioning.
- Review daily reports for work descriptions, crew count, and subcontractor documentation.
- Cross-check previous day's hours in the Budget Tracker.
Weekly Audits of Active Jobs:
- Verify commissioning reports for mechanical, electrical AC/DC, and monitoring systems.
- Review weekly lookaheads with Construction Managers.
- Ensure PlanGrid tasks are updated.
- Conduct inventory return counts and manage palletization.
- Submit QA/QC reports.
- Update project completion percentage for budget tracking.
Upcoming Jobs
- Complete pre-planning tasks, including site walks, BOM inventory prep, and site condition assessments.
- Track and update permit submissions and approvals.
- Oversee procurement and gear purchases.
- Complete site takeoff and coordinate scheduling with teams for surveys and reporting.
Project Closeout:
- Ensure final inspections are completed, and all documentation is submitted.
- Compile project closeout packages, including as-built drawings, warranties, and final QA/QC reports
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience
- 3 years of related experience in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Successful pre-employment Drug Test
- Successful Background Check
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- Advanced customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge in computer skills: MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Detail oriented
Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements
- Full time onsite
