Role Overview

• Identify and develop work process improvements and efficiencies for maintenance processes.
• Execute maintenance and repair of general equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.
• Complete all work in line with best practice guidelines from Discipline Specialists.
• Facilitate teamwork and knowledge transfer between the area and specialist groups.
• Coach Technicians and assist in developing training plans.
• Maintain the highest safety and environmental standards during maintenance activities.
• Understand plant and instrument diagrams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate level with 3-5 years of experience.
• Provide technical/functional and/or administrative support.
• General working knowledge of the department's specific systems, terminology, and procedures.
• Able to solve problems and make basic decisions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with decision making tools, productivity, and decision support systems.
• Optional: Experience with maintenance and repair, work process improvements, efficiencies, productivity, quality, safety, environmental standards, and plant & instrument diagrams.
