Role Overview
- Lead and oversee all aspects of electrical engineering projects, including design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Utilize design software and conduct circuit analysis to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering.
Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in EPC projects, preferably in the renewable energy or chemicals sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management and ability to lead a team.
- Expertise in design software and circuit analysis.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with relevant safety and industry standards.
- Ability to work onsite at project locations as needed.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional certification in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
