Role Overview

• Lead and oversee all aspects of electrical engineering projects, including design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Utilize design software and conduct circuit analysis to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering.

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in EPC projects, preferably in the renewable energy or chemicals sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in project management and ability to lead a team.
• Expertise in design software and circuit analysis.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically.
• Familiarity with relevant safety and industry standards.
• Ability to work onsite at project locations as needed.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
