Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size and/or complex to large projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the oversight of team development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution, especially in smaller units. The work model for the role is: Hybrid near Vienna or Salzburg You will be mainly accountable for: • Technical and commercial project management in the field of automation and its ancillary systems with the customer as well as responsibility for risk assessment based on calculations and technical drawings • Analysis of the functional specification and examination of feasibility • Selection of adequate suppliers (internal and external) • Project structuring from quotation preparation through the entire project tracking, execution and review • Close collaboration with sales, customer, manufacturing, purchasing, and project management management • Schedule management of the individual process steps and cost management during project execution - Reporting to the management or business unit management in the event of risks or major deviations in the project • Reporting on the progress of the completed project as part of the project review • Responsibility for the overall project and accompany internal and external customer acceptances • Organization and supervision of assembly and commissioning on the construction site • Identification and follow-up of customer potentials directly on site at the customer's site or on construction sites with the aim of winning follow-up projects for us • Building and strengthening long-term customer relationships

Qualifications for the role
- Completed electrical engineering training (HTL, FH or TU), preferably in the field of energy technology or automation technology
- Experience in electrical plant engineering as well as in the design and implementation of projects
- Commercial know-how, very good MS Office skills and ideally SAP knowledge
- Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
- Driving licence class B
- High communication and representation skills, flexibility and initiative
- You are used to working with a team, attach great importance to cost-conscious thinking and acting and are not afraid to travel
