Overview and Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. The Project lead will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to achieve project success.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring that all project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback, conducting post-project reviews, and implementing lessons learned.
• Partner with Corporate, SBG's and centers on new initiatives and drive projects
• Ensure excellent relationships are maintained with key stakeholders i.e Corporate, SBG's, IT and Center Group.
Accounting, Control and Compliance knowledge
• Overall end-to-end knowledge on R2R / Controllership Operations
• Exposure to US GAAP and Accounting policies including technical accounting
• Exposure to variance analysis of the B/S and P/L
• Knowledge on Accounting processes & Analytics
• Knowledge on Acquisition and Separation of entities and related activities
Competencies
Specific knowledge, skills and experience needed to successfully undertake duties of the job
Education and Certifications
• Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent with strong finance operational background
• Project Management certification.
Required Experiences
• Min 8-10 years of experience in R2R / Controllership Ops with Project Management skills
• Experience of handling large projects with international presence and hands on
Knowledge and Skills
Critical
• Project Management skills & related certifications
• Hands on experience with SAP / Systems knowledge of SAP and HFM
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
• Knowledge of R2R concepts, processes and best practices
• Good working knowledge of US GAAP, Local GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley
• Good knowledge of internal control framework / SOX at multinational setup
• Process orientated with excellent problem solving skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley and Six Sigma
• Good communication skills
