You willreport directly to our Senior Director Engineering of BA HTS India and you'llwork out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development andimplementation of AI/ML, Control Science and Wireless strategies to drivebusiness growth and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to integrate AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless solutions seamlesslyinto existing systems and processes
• Provide technical guidance andmentorship to the AI/ML, Control Science& Wireless team
• Drive research and developmentactivities to explore and implement new methodologies and best practices inAI/ML, Control Science & Wireless
• Collaborate with product managersand business leaders to align AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless initiativeswith overall business objectives

YOU MUSTHAVE

• Bachelor's degree in a technicaldiscipline such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, ControlScience & Wireless, with a focus on developing and implementing innovativesolutions
• Strong leadership and managementskills
• Excellent communication and abilityto convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• Ability to lead and inspire a teamof technical experts
