We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague for the EMEA Parts Distribution Logistics team we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven colleague to take ownership of ensuring the on-time-in-full allocation of orders for Tesla's Energy and Charging product lines and/or service programs. The team you will be joining is part of the larger EMEA Logistics & Distribution department.
The role requires someone who can take full ownership on ensuring that all orders are daily allocated successfully to our warehouses via automated and manual actions. While managing multiple stakeholders at the same time. Monitoring order releases and inventory levels is key to your success. Frequently having to follow up with the order requesters will be expected. Next to that, you will be an important contact for our logistics/Warehouse and 3PL's on communicating upcoming supply and demand for some of our products. The role also requires someone that can perform inventory and fulfillment tasks and communicate levels and issues on a weekly / monthly and quarterly bases to management and stakeholders. Finding improvement opportunities is welcomed and encouraged. Due to the size of the organization, you will be dealing with different geographically based stakeholders. This includes Sales, Service, Warehousing, Logistics and IT teams. You should therefore be able to deal with cultural differences and will need an international orientated mindset in order to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Own the daily energy and charging order allocation to our warehouses/3PL's in EMEA.
- Be the main point of contact in EMEA for the energy and charging order requesters.
- Be the main point of contact for the EMEA warehouses on energy and charging orders.
- Initiate weekly DC to DC replenishment in agreement with sales for some of our products.
- Support warehouses and 3PL's with inventory and fulfillment responsibilities.
- Support warehouse and logistics operations by communicating projected fulfillment volumes and changes that can impact the order fulfillment flow.
- Respond to unanticipated supply/demand changes. Providing updates, impact assessments and options to related stakeholders.
- Contribute to the common goal of fulfilling orders on-time together with your stakeholders and flagging concerns where needed.
- Perform occasional system testing and help on request with development requirements writing.
- Support management where needed and become a trusted member of our organization.
- Organize and run monthly/quarterly management and stakeholders meetings regarding orders management / fulfillment management and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations or Engineering, or in a similar field.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Order Fulfilment, Order Management, Planning, Forecasting, Warehousing, Logistics or similar in an operational or business analytical role.
- Able to build bridges and communicate with different stakeholders with different needs and cultural backgrounds. Comfortable in giving presentations.
- Ability to spot process/visibility improvement opportunities and act on it. Can influence others to make and be part of the change.
- Good knowledge of Excel, knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or Python is considered a plus.
- Proven project management experience and/or willingness to grow in this area.
- Not afraid to speak up and reach out, work independently and find the answers for yourself where needed. Able to handle change daily in a fast-moving environment.
- Proactive attitude and a "can-do" mentality.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Passionate about accelerating the transition to sustainable energy.
