Vestas Benelux is a local Sales Business Unit (SBU) with its main office in Arnhem. The SBU sells, constructs and services wind Turbines in the Netherlands, Belgium, Aruba & Curacao.
The Benelux organization employs approximately 150 employees.
Responsibilities:
As a Field Operations Dispatcher you will be responsible for efficient coordination and planning in the use of labor, materials and tools to ensure effective execution of all turbine work within the given area, according to the Contractual Agreements.
You are responsible for all past work, the daily planning and the next 3 weeks. Responsible for proper work preparation and leveling, regardless of when the work will be carried out. You complete all tasks that need to be performed within a certain area by achieving KPIs
Qualifications
• MBO work and thinking level (MBO Logistics or MTS WTB)
• Experience with planning, planning tools and prioritization.
• Proven knowledge, skills and experience in MS Office, SAP or similar ERP-systems.
• Ability to analyze numerical data and identify trends.
• Knowledge of organizational processes and systems.
• Proficient oral and written fluency in Dutch and English.
Competencies
• Team-oriented & communicative.
• Constructive communication.
• Creative initiative taker.
• Precise, efficient (LEAN oriented).
