As Aftermarket Sales & Operations Manager for the CIS region within NOV's ISE/WLF division, you will develop and implement strategic aftermarket plans in line with the facility business plan, growth targets and profit levels set by the business and will be fully responsible for the order deliverables for our Baku service centre.
You will utilise your technical knowledge and professional experience to contribute to the delivery of our product lines solutions to improve our aftermarket business (sales, service & rental) and increase support in line with customers' and business needs.
Reporting to the Regional Aftersales Manager you will oversee the complete aftermarket processes, gathering performance data to prepare future plans, you will be focused on established and emerging markets. You will be responsible for achieving target revenue and profitability goals for the business unit, measured against forecast vs actual targets, this is an ideal opportunity for an exceptional individual willing to take on fresh challenges, utilise their leadership, operational knowledge and experience to run a service centre.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, finalise and implement the sales strategy of the business in line with the overall regional Business Plan
- Ensure all in-house service, field service, rental maintenance work is scheduled effectively to maintain a high on time delivery
- Align the regional product line sales strategy with current and future business strategies of established and emerging markets and customers
- Responsible for the creation, implementation and upkeep of applicable sales KPIs and metrics in order to provide regular and accurate reports
- Coordinate the aftermarket (sales, service, field service, remote recertification) operations with all the other departments of the company
- Work closely with direct reports in refining sales skills fulfilling strategies to drive results
- Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to help build up the business
- Develop an effective structure and process with communication to get people engaged and focused on the top priority business needs to ensure our first to the customer approach
- Continually develop the team capacity, competency, career development and succession planning
- Take ownership of the your team, by means of providing direction and communication to the attainment of business goals - making corrective actions where needed
- Ensure all in-house service, field service, rental maintenance work is scheduled effectively to maintain a high on time delivery
- Continually review all staffing training requirements and ensure plans and competency records are maintained
- Maintain manpower levels to ensure output targets are achieved
- Liaise with regional Aftermarket Operations on an ongoing basis regarding any QHSE or HR issues that may have an impact on the department
- Produce monthly service, spares, rental revenue forecasts, highlighting any high/low margin orders
- Provide cost analysis for jobs processed by the service, spares, rental, departments
- Review all departmental procedures, practices, and processes in order to achieve optimum levels of efficiency at all times
- Assist in the preparation of an annual equipment budget
- Prepare costing list on all rental equipment majors
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and handbook are followed by department heads
- Review and develop operational personnel through the talent management system
- Ensure service inspection and materials control team process all materials in line with the service work schedule
- Ensure our timing system 'NOV Time' is maintained daily
- Manage inventory - stocking levels, cycle counts, stock takes
- Carry out any other reasonable duties when requested by a line manager
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
- Excellent leadership and management skills

- Demonstrate talent for building rapport with customers - the personality to make a positive impact
- Working knowledge of workshop order processing /material preparation
- Inventory Management skills
- Knowledge of parts/materials required for wireline equipment i.e K-Winch, Control, WPCE & Flowline product lines
- Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
Desirable:
- Workshop experience
- Relevant experience within Oil and Gas
- Working knowledge of CRM and Oracle based systems
