The Inventory Materials personnel is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's inventory. They will work with a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals to ensure that inventory is received, stored, and issued in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Interact effectively with internal and external clients. Support asset within the region assigned on movement of material and disposals. Strong analytical abilities with advance MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP data entry. Require travelling daily. Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near work site. Inspects materials for quality/defects. Able to identify material by part number or written description. Manually moves materials onto or from pallets and shelves. Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas. Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. Cleans work area, machines, and equipment. Assembles crates to contain products when required. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. Adheres to all safety rules and regulations. Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.
