Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and support site-works team in cost-effective execution related deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. Each day, you will provide technical support for all site works related issues to the proposal team during bid preparation and to the Project Manager at the project start up. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. The work model for the role is: Hybrid {#LI-Hybrid} This role is contributing to the Electrification - Distribution Solutiosn business area and division in Chile. Your main stakeholders will be internal clients, as well as external clients from the Mining and Utilities market segments. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading the Project's on-site activities, ensuring the proper execution of deliverables in line with contract specifications, quality and HSE standards. These tasks will be performed during the Construction, Commissioning and/or Maintenance project phases. • Assisting in coordination of activities between external resources and the customer, guaranteeing that the external resources are fully informed on site works planning activities, product knowledge, and safety procedures. • Supporting in cost-control for the project site work, monitoring actual spend against forecasts, and estimating the final cost for the same. • Performing site survey and determining required steps to execute site works activities. • Participating in on-site reviews and ensuring all project cost adjustments approved by the Site Manager or Construction Site Manager are updated in business system.

Qualifications for the role

• You engaged in Site Management or Supervision, with at least 5 years of experience as a Site Specialist or similar roles.
• You can demonstrate your experience influencing the decision making process for internal and external clients, as well as have the ability to manage clients and suppliers, and negotiate effectively, with a solution-oriented approach.
• You have verifiable experience in team leadership on-site.
• You have extensive experience working with MS Project, Primavera P6 or other Project Management tools.
• You possess a degree in Engineering, desirably from the Electrical field, as well as a PMP Certification, Quality and Safety training.
• You can communicate in Spanish fluidly, and feel at ease holding key conversations in English (intermediate level).
• You have availability to travel frequently upon Project requirements, carrying out most tasks on-site.
