This position reports to

Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

• Creation of technical documentation using tools such as SMC editorial system, HTML • Preparation and creation of textual and graphic content for user documentation • Cross-system maintenance of existing content and support of the associated translations • Provision of content for various output media • Research and preparation of technical content in close coordination with the technical departments • Participation in the ongoing development of editorial processes

Qualifications for the role

• Very good German and good English skills coupled with linguistic competence for conveying technical content
• Analytical, communicative and independent way of working
• Team player with a high degree of independence and willingness to learn
• Confident use of MS Office
• Technical educational background and experience in dealing with editorial systems desirable
