What are you going to do
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing drilling equipment on a mine site in Papua New Guinea. You will be working in a FIFO capacity, with a roster of 22 days on and 20 days off. 6-12-month contract with high possibility of extending. You will report to the Maintenance Superintendent and work alongside a team of experienced technicians.

List of requirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- Trade qualified Fitter/Mechanic
- Experience working on drilling equipment, specifically Sandvik and Atlas Copco drills
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Ability to work in a remote location and in a FIFO capacity
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
