Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Work closely with local/regional LVS marketing & sales leadership in providing emerging and digital solutions to the allocated region. Specific responsibility to provide technical support to the Microsoft account in the APAC region. This role requires working with the Microsoft engineering team, the ABB factories in China and India and the ABB project managers The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Low Voltage Systems - Electrification in Jakarta, Indonesia. • Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. • Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed. • Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). • Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups. • Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.

Qualifications for the role
- At least 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience with direct responsibility of sales and marketing of Low Voltage Systems and products.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of low voltage system and Products is must.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the execution of commercial plans and strategies
- Proven track record in designing and deploying marketing strategies and/or leading and closing large sales deals.
- Demonstrated ability for building organizational capabilities and deliver high performance / excellence in marketing and sales
- Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
