This position reports to
Regional Marketing & Sales Manager, APAC
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will lead sales activities within Data Center segment and ensure that the ELSP/ELSB divisions and related local sales units substantially increase sales, profit, market share and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities: • Responsible for achieving key targets (volume, price, and mix) for Data Center • Drive and enhance cross-divisions and cross-countries business-led collaboration for Data Center • Ensures that the major accounts in the segments are identified and prioritized. Build relationships with Regional & Global key account and leverage ELSP/ELSB strengths to capture new business opportunities. • Identifies key decision maker within key End User and Consultants, drive opportunity creation and specification activities • Maps accounts requirements and opportunities to actions for ELSP/ELSB and coordinates with other Divisions, Local Sales units and other relevant stakeholders to implement them • Develop and implement a market-based strategy . Implement, review and follow up Data Center strategies with country-specific business & action plan across APAC • Leads or participates in the negotiation of legal and commercial international frame agreements with data centers identified key accounts • Analyze customer needs for the portfolio and market trends, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market, feed back to the Divisions. • Cooperate with Divisions AUs & GPGs to support creating end user acceptance and specification offering for the Divisions portfolio within Data Center
